The beginners course will focus on the balfolk basics. We will start from the beginning and all are welcome! 

The intermediate course will cover some dances from different regions (Bretagne and Gascogne). We will also go further in depth on dance technique, like posture and rythmic variations. 

About the teacher:
Iris has been dancing balfolk since she was 13 years old. Since a few years she has taken up teaching as well. In her classes she tries to find a balance between innovation and tradition. Safety on the dancefloor is an important part of this. She aims to create an open and easy atmosphere in which everyone feels safe to ask questions.
